Past Cases:

Our client was a 24 year old man who began experiencing neurological symptoms in 1990. Subsequent episodes occurred and were reported to his physicians. Brain imaging studies showed a suspicious lesion as early as 1990. However, it was not until 1995, when our client changed physicians, that his brain tumor was diagnosed and treatment began. Treatment was ultimately unsuccessful and he died at the age of 32.

The case settled after suit but before trial for a confidential amount.
Our client's husband was mistakenly given a medication intravenously during surgery, when it was only appropriate for oral administration. The IV administration of the drug resulted in a catastrophically excessive amount of medicine being injected into the decedent's system causing his death at the age of thirty-eight. He left a wife and two young sons.

The case settled after suit but prior to trial for $2,000,000.00.
