He is licensed to practice law in the State and Federal courts of Maryland and the District of Columbia, the State court of Minnesota, as well as, the Supreme Court of the United States. He has also been honored by other State courts to represent injury victims on a case by case basis in the following States: Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, Alabama and others.
